Order from the international store in your language

Turn on translation in your browser

It's still Greenway's official site; the browser only translates the visible text. You sign in, order and pay right on that site.

1. Open greenwayglobal.com in Chrome.
2. Tap ⋮ in the top corner and choose Translate….
3. Choose your language. Tap ⋮ → Translate again → turn on Always translate Russian so it translates automatically next time.

1. Install the Chrome app from the App Store (it translates Russian more reliably than Safari).
2. Open greenwayglobal.com, tap … in the bottom corner and choose Translate.
3. Choose your language and turn on always translate for Russian.

1. Open greenwayglobal.com in Chrome or Edge.
2. Right-click the page and choose Translate to your language (or click the translate icon in the address bar).
3. In the translate icon, choose Always translate Russian.

1. Open greenwayglobal.com in Cốc Cốc.
2. Cốc Cốc asks whether to translate the page: choose Translate.
3. If you don't see it, click the translate icon in the address bar.

Machine translation may get product names wrong. Brand names (Welllab, Balancer, Green Fiber…) and product codes stay the same. If buttons stop responding after translating, reload the page and translate again.

Find products by code

Every product on My Green Way has a Greenway code, e.g. #070707 is WELLLAB OMEGA-3. On the international store, paste the code into the search box labelled «Введите запрос или артикул» (Enter a keyword or item code).

On each product's detail page, click Copy code, then open the international store. Some products are only sold in certain countries: if you can't find one, ask an advisor.

Russian word list for ordering

Use it when the page isn't fully translated, especially at the cart, delivery and payment steps.

Video guides in Vietnamese

Vietnamese distributors recorded each ordering step: on the Russian site, from Singapore to Malaysia, on the Vietnam store, and changing your password.

Ask an advisor to guide you

An advisor calls you on Zalo, shares the screen and walks you through each step. You click and sign in yourself on your own device; no need to give your account to anyone.
